By accessing or using the zb22 website located at zb22.bet, creating a zb22 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by zb22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zb22 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

zb22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of zb22 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "zb22", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the zb22 platform and all associated services available at zb22.bet.
• "Platform" means the zb22 website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all services accessible through a registered account.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the zb22 platform.
• "Account" means the personal zb22 account held by a registered player, inclusive of the PKR wallet, bonus balance, and betting history.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited by zb22 that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by zb22 before processing withdrawals.

To register and maintain a zb22 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zb22 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification documents will be requested prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of zb22 is lawful in your location.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on zb22. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances accrued across those accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact support immediately.

Upon successful registration, zb22 will create a personal account for you that includes a PKR wallet, a transaction history, and access to all platform features available to verified players in your region.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your zb22 account. zb22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been carried out by you and is your sole responsibility. zb22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date.
• KYC documents — including government-issued photo ID and proof of address — must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• zb22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time for fraud prevention, AML compliance, or regulatory purposes.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All financial transactions on zb22 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zb22 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of zb22, for which zb22 bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. zb22 reserves the right to decline deposits from sources that cannot be verified or that are suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed same-day. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 2–4 business hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

zb22 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending completion of such checks. zb22 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

zb22 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. • Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are kept separate from your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first when wagering, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slots, and scratch cards may carry reduced contribution rates. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without replacement.
• zb22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse a promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Multi-account bonus claiming will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

All sports bets placed on zb22, including pre-match and in-play markets covering cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi, UFC, and e-sports, are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sportsbook section.

• Bets are final once confirmed. zb22 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after confirmation, except where an event is voided under the applicable rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault — zb22 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at zb22's discretion.
• Winnings on all settled bets are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly following official settlement of the event.
• zb22 follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, the ruling of the relevant sporting authority is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or account status.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zb22 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all associated funds held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity, conducting fraudulent deposits or chargebacks, or otherwise misrepresenting the origin of funds.
• Multi-Account Operation: Registering or operating more than one account on zb22, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker or coordinating bets on opposite outcomes.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage not available to standard users.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical error, glitch, or pricing mistake in the zb22 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Engaging in low-risk betting strategies or matched betting techniques specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent, as determined solely by zb22.
• Unauthorised Third-Party Access: Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including through credential sharing or account selling.

All content published on the zb22 platform — including but not limited to the zb22 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, written copy, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of zb22 or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zb22 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any zb22 content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any zb22 content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the zb22 platform.
• Use the zb22 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

Unauthorised use of zb22 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by zb22.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zb22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the zb22 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, platform outages, or connectivity issues outside zb22's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the platform.

zb22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zb22 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

zb22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the platform.

• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming balance.

Either you or zb22 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account — after deduction of any pending bonus wagering obligations — will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days.

Termination by zb22: zb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• zb22 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, zb22 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination is found to be without cause following review, any withheld Real Money Balance will be returned to the player.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zb22 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, zb22 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

zb22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the products and services offered on the platform, improvements to clarity or accuracy, or other operational requirements.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — zb22 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date noted in the header, is always available at zb22.bet/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the zb22 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
